Rates
All rates are based on 1 to 4 guests per unit. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals to suit your plans—whether you’re visiting for a few days or a few months.
- Daily Rate: $120.00 (3-night minimum)
- Weekly Rate: $700.00
- Monthly Rate: $2,400.00
- Additional Guests: $50.00 per night (Maximum of 5 guests per unit; 6 if the additional guest is a child age 12 or under)
- Cleaning Fee: One-time $80.00 cleaning fee due upon check-in. (Additional cleanings available for longer stays.)
Important Information
- Rates may be subject to change.
- A fully refundable combined damage/security/reservation deposit is required at booking.
- A fully refundable key deposit is due upon check-in.
- Full rental payment is due at check-in.
- No additional taxes or service fees.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard, payable in US funds.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice.
